Zain Abuzaid

I am a motivated Information Technology student and junior cybersecurity enthusiast with hands-on experience in OSINT, social engineering fundamentals, basic IT support, and web development. I am particularly interested in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital investigations, and technology-driven problem solving.

I have completed training in cybersecurity and AI-related topics through Edraak and other educational programs. My learning includes cybersecurity fundamentals, ethical hacking, OSINT, social engineering awareness, AI production and industry concepts, and digital footprint analysis.

I have practical experience in administrative and technical support, including data entry, documentation, file organization, spreadsheet management, presentations, basic IT troubleshooting, and simple website development.

My technical interests and skills include HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, UI/UX design using Figma, Microsoft Office, GitHub, OSINT data collection, digital footprint analysis, social engineering awareness, ethical hacking fundamentals, and AI-assisted problem solving.

I have developed and worked on several technology projects, including educational web development projects and cybersecurity-related learning projects. I am currently developing my practical cybersecurity skills through TryHackMe, with a focus on OSINT, reconnaissance, information gathering, and ethical social engineering scenarios.

My goal is to continue developing my knowledge in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and information technology while applying these skills to practical projects, research, and real-world problem solving.

Founder & Creator of ScamLens AI, an AI-powered cybersecurity project focused on detecting and analyzing phishing, scams, social engineering, suspicious links, messages, emails, and visual evidence.

I am also an independent researcher in Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Social Engineering, and Phishing Detection, with published research and ongoing work exploring the role of AI in identifying and understanding modern cyber threats.

My work combines research, software development, cybersecurity, and AI to create practical tools and explore emerging security challenges. My research and projects are documented through my academic publications, ORCID profile, GitHub repositories, and personal portfolio.
